As a Content/Video Creator Intern, you’ll play an active role in crafting engaging content across various platforms. From social media to digital out-of-home and branding, you’ll gain hands-on experience bringing ideas to life. Collaborating with the team, you’ll help create creatives that truly make an impact.
You have a keen eye for design and a passion for improving the aesthetic and effectiveness of every project. You’re eager to learn, stay up-to-date with design trends, and adapt your work for maximum impact. Your goal? To make sure every piece of content is as engaging and effective as possible.

The profile
for the role
For this internship, we’re looking for someone who has a strong passion for content and video creation, with a budding interest in (digital) storytelling and design. You’re familiar with concepts like visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and user experience, and you’re excited to expand your knowledge.
It would be a bonus if you have some experience in video production, including editing and sound design, so you can explore creative ways to tell stories and engage audiences through formats like Instagram Reels, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn videos.
You’re eager to apply your skills in creating compelling visuals and videos and are excited to learn how to do it in even more innovative ways. Staying up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques is something you’re passionate about. This drive to stay ahead is what sets you apart!

Our application process is quite easy. Just a few steps in which we can get to know you and see whether you fit the job profile and whether you are a match to our team. Both as important!
First, we would like to receive your CV and motivation letter. We always find it important to hear why you see a fit with Hide and Seek. So the better you can motivate that, the easier it will be. Then we will setup a first video call, to get to know each other. Is this another success, then we will plan a live interview in which you will be asked to present a few (small) cases, in which you can show your knowledge, experience and motivation. When we are both enthusiastic, the contract is there.
We are an easy crowd. So all these steps will be smooth and fun!
Most important for us is finding the best match between the candidate, the job and the team. When all this feels natural, then we know we have found the true match.
